I learned early on that setting goals is important, and that writing down these goals is even more important. I think it is easy to say you want to do something, but then never act on that desire. However, I have heard time and time again that writing down your goals keeps you accountable for them and more likely to accomplish them. By creating my '101 in 1001' list, I am more aware of my goals and very eager to accomplish them!
In my opinion your twenties are the most perfect time to really focus in on the things you want to do in your life and actually go out and do them! It is one of the few times in your life where you are for the most part free to do as you please without the constraints or distractions that can occur later down the road. I want to make the most of this wonderful time and do as much as I possibly can. With this list I plan on doing just that. Let's see what the next 1001 days bring!

Wow, Gretchen, this is quite a list. Very inspiring. I'm not sure I could come up with 101 things, but reading your list is certainly motivating. Thanks!
