January serves a a fresh start in more ways than one, and I can't help but feel a desire for a wardrobe refresh come the new year. After wearing all the plaid, red, and sparkles during the holiday season, it's always refreshing to trade those in for more updated, fresh pieces. I know I'm not the only one out there that likes to kick off the new year on a healthy note - clean eating, more exercise, etcetera - and I can't help but feel as though what you choose to wear can also help contribute to that spirit, mind, body balance.
