101 in 1001 Update No. III

Here we are, exactly one month out from the completion of my first 101 in 1001 list! Crazy how times flies! My first 101 in 1001 list was crafted on June 3, 2016... yes 2016! Can you believe that? I certainly cannot. Almost three years have gone by (2.75 to be exact!) and it is amazing to see what I have accomplished in that time!

My last update was January of last year, so I thought another update a year later and 30 days out from the completion of this list would be the perfect time. It's so fun to reflect on the accomplishments made since January of last year, and to also see what I think I can still accomplish in the next four weeks. Thirty days isn't a ton of time, but I think there are definitely some things I can check off the list before my time is officially up. Wish me luck!

Of course come the official end of the list, I will look back on and reflect on all I have accomplished, and I will most definitely be crafting another list (!!). Who wants to join me!? Be on the lookout for both of those posts in the coming months, but until then here is a long overdue update! Enjoy!

Side Note: If you are confused at what I am talking about here, head to my original 101 in 1001 post to get caught up. Read the post, check out the list, and then head back here! This post will make a lot more sense to you!

COMPLETED

Become a Certified Spin Instructor
Did this in February of last year! Now I need to get out there and start teaching more. Maybe a good thing to add to my next 101 in 1001 list!

Read Ten New Books
I had previously checked off reading 4/10 books, and I know I have read 9 new books since then, so I have accomplished that and a little more!

Go a Month without Shopping
This one kind of happened without me trying, which is shocking but I'm proud of myself!

Get My First Apartment
Here I am in the Big Apple! Apartment reveal coming to the blog soon, I promise!

Move Out of Connecticut
As much as I love Connecticut and it will always have a piece of my heart, it was time to spread my wings and make the move. I am SO happy I did.

Go to Yoga on a Regular Basis for a Month
I can confidently say that I have been going to yoga consistently since moving to the city, and it is something that brings me so much joy!

Move to Manhattan
Probably the item on this list I am most proud of myself for setting out and accomplishing!

Read for at least 30 Minutes before Bed for a Month

No Sugar for a Week
I credit Whole30 for this!

Have Experienced Photographer Shoot Blog Photos
Met a new friend after moving to the city who happens to be a professional photographer! She shot both looks in this post and this one.

Take a Trip with Mom and Sister
Charleston - May of 2018!

Travel to a New State
South Carolina!

Take a Girls Only Trip
Charleston with just my sister and my mom, which was so so special.

Visit Charleston
Fell in love with Charleston & am dying to get back!! You can read more about that trip here.

See the New York City Ballet
Went to the Nutcracker this past holiday season, which was such a pinch me moment!

Brunch
Have brunched many times since starting this list!

Attend a Farmers Market
Union Square farmers market! Amazing.

Play Tennis
Bought rackets and played this summer before I moved! Brought them with me since there are tennis courts a block from my apartment - cannot wait until it warms up & I can get back out there!
