New & Noteworthy Beauty Products

Over the past few months I have been trying out (and loving) quite a few new beauty products. There is so much on the beauty market between makeup, skincare, and haircare that it can be overwhelming trying to figure out what is good and what's not, and where to even begin! With that being said, I wanted to help you out and share some beauty products that I've tested out and loved recently! Hope you enjoy and give them a try for yourself!

Clinique 'Take the Day Off' Cleansing Balm // When Clinique first came out with this, I'm not gonna lie, I was a bit turned off. I really didn't like the idea of a balm and thought it would be slimy and quite honestly a mess. HOWEVER, I got a sample and figured it was at least worth giving it a shot. I was so wrong in all my preconceptions. I typically use the Clinique Take Off the Day makeup remover, but I actually like this cleansing balm better. It takes off makeup like a charm and rinses off really easily - no leftover oily residue. Definitely will be purchasing the full size!

Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir Mascara // This was also a sample I was given and ended up loving! I am pretty picky with the mascaras I use - I love big, bold lashes, so any mascara I use has to deliver that - and this one most definitely did. If you like the Too Faced Better than Sex mascara, then I definitely think you'll love this one. I unfortunately had to throw out all of my mascara due to a bout with pink eye (ew, I know), and this will be the replacement mascara I purchase!

Drybar 'Detox' Dry Shampoo // Dry shampoo is an absolute life saver and this is quite honestly the best one I have found. I have tried quite a few others that I used for a bit but then ended up throwing away because I didn't like the smell or they just did not work at all. This dry shampoo works perfectly and smells amazing. I feel like my hair is actually refreshed - thank you Drybar!

Origins Out of Trouble Mask // If you have been following Faith & Fancy for a while now, you know I love a good face mask, and you also know that Origins makes some of my favorites. I was a little bit skeptical about how a face mask could really 'rescue problem skin' but after reading many really positive reviews, I wanted to give it a try for myself. It did not disappoint at all. I honestly feel like it is magic in a bottle and I'm not sure what I did without it! It is a bit tingly when on, which I personally don't mind, and it has a pretty strong fragrance, but it works like a charm!

Rodan + Fields Sulfur Wash // This is honestly one of my favorite new beauty products, and it is a brand that is making it's debut on Faith & Fancy! My cousin is a Rodan + Fields consultant, which is how I first got introduced to their products. I still battle breakouts, more frequently than I would like, so I decided to try this face wash from the Rodan + Fields Unblemish line. I have been using it for over a month now, and I can confidently say it is one of the best acne face washes I have used. It is actually reducing both the occurrence of new blemishes and helps quickly heal any existing ones, my pore size is visibly reduced, and I feel like my overall skin tone is much improved. Can't complain about that!
